Return Window

30 days from purchase for in-store and online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Receipt or order confirmation required.

Returnable Items

Most clothing and accessories can be returned. Items must be in original condition with tags. Original packaging preferred but not required.

Non-Returnable Items

Altered items, worn items, items without tags, and underwear (for hygiene) cannot be returned. Limited edition collaborations may be final sale.

How to Return

Return to any UNIQLO store or by mail with return label. In-store returns are free. Mail returns may have shipping deducted from refund.
