Standard 90-day return policy. Pro Xtra members get 365 days. Some items like furniture, area rugs, and gas-powered equipment have 30-day windows.

Returnable Items

Tools, building materials, appliances, and most merchandise can be returned. Items must be in good condition with original packaging when possible.

Exceptions

Custom blinds, countertops, and installed products cannot be returned. Hazardous materials have special restrictions. Gift cards non-refundable.
