15 days standard, 30 days for FNAC members. Books and media must be sealed. Electronics can be tested.
Returnable Items
Electronics, books (sealed), games (sealed), and most products returnable. Items must be in original condition.
Exceptions
Opened CDs, DVDs, games, and software cannot be returned. Concert and event tickets non-refundable.
Return Process
Return to any FNAC store or by mail. FNAC Card members have easier returns. Refund to original payment method.
