14 days from receipt of product. Holiday shopping has extended returns (check dates annually). Opened software and electronic downloads non-returnable.
Product Condition
Products must be in original packaging with all accessories. Undamaged and in original condition. AppleCare+ is refundable within subscription period.
Non-Returnable
Opened software, electronic downloads, Software Up-To-Date products, Apple Gift Cards, and custom-configured products with storage upgrades (some exceptions).
Return Process
Return at any Apple Store or ship back with prepaid label. Business customers contact Apple Business Team. Education purchases go through education store.
